Who we are
Hagerbet Foundation is a non-profit organisation based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, near Dembel City Center.
In Amharic, hager bet speaks of home: the homeland, the place where we belong. That idea guides us. We want every child, young person and family to feel that they belong, and to have what they need to build a better future.
We work closely with communities, local leaders and partners, and we listen before we act.
